摘　　要：“高风雀目”即视网膜色素变性,是指眼外观端好,以夜盲和视野日渐缩窄为主要临床表现的眼病。本文以朝代为时间轴对“高风雀目”的病名源流进行了梳理。“高风雀目”最早见于《太平圣惠方》。《秘传眼科龙木论》初步界定了本病的内涵及外延,即本病是以夜盲及惟见顶上之物为主症的内障眼病,与夜盲伴眼红眼疼眼涩的肝虚雀目是完全不同的两种眼病。《杂病源流犀烛》进而指出本病具有“生成如此,并由父母遗体”的发病特点,有别于其他夜盲病症,进一步完善了对“高风雀目”内涵外延的认识。西方医学传入中国后,对本病内涵与外延的界定更加清晰,“高风雀目”作为规范名成为共识。通过本文的梳理及分析,有助于深化对高风雀目的认识,为临床诊疗提供借鉴。"Gaofeng Quemu",also known as retinitis pigmentosa,refers to an eye disease in which the appearance of the eye is good,with night blindness and a narrowing of the visual field as the main clinical manifestations.This article combs the origin and evolution of the disease name"Gaofeng Quemu"along the timeline of dynasties."Gaofeng Quemu"was first seen in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang.Mi Chuan Yan Ke Long Mu Lun initially defined the connotation and extension of this disease.This disease is an internal eye disorder mainly characterized by night blindness and the ability to only see objects above the head.It is completely different from the"Quemu"caused by liver deficiency,which is accompanied by red,painful,and dry eyes.Za Bing Yuan Liu Xi Zhu further pointed out that this disease has the onset characteristic of"being like this since birth and being inherited from parents",which further improved the understanding of the connotation and extension of"Gaofeng Quemu".After Western Medicine was introduced into China,the definition of the connotation and extension of this disease became clearer.It has become a consensus that"Gaofeng Quemu"is used as a standardized disease name.The compilation and analysis of this article will help to deepen the understanding of"Gaofeng Quemu",and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
