摘　　要：为提高多雨寡日照烟叶烘烤品质、降低烟农烘烤损失,分别在六盘水市的水城和钟山烟区开展烘烤工艺对比试验,探索一套适宜六盘水烟区多雨寡日照烟叶的烘烤工艺。结果表明,与采用常规烘烤工艺相比,采用多雨寡日照烘烤工艺烘烤的烟叶,黄烟比例提高0.99个百分点,上等烟比例提高3.94个百分点,下低等烟比例减少0.87个百分点,烟叶均价提高0.72元/kg,每667 m^(2)产值提高100.80元。采用多雨寡日照烘烤工艺烘烤多雨寡日照烟叶,烤后烟叶黄烟比例明显增加,烤坏烟叶比例显著下降,烟叶质量明显提升,经济效益显著增加,真正达到提质增效、助农增收的目的。In order to improve the roasting quality of tobacco leaves in rainy and low-sunlight ar⁃eas and reduce the roasting losses of tobacco farmers,comparative studies on roasting processes were carried out in the Shuicheng and Zhongshan tobacco areas of Liupanshui City,exploring and study⁃ing a set of roasting processes suitable for tobacco leaves in rainy and low-sunlight areas of Liupans⁃hui.The results show that compared with the conventional roasting process,the use of rainy and lowsunlight of roasting process for roasting tobacco leaves increases the yellow tobacco rate by 0.99 per⁃centage points,the first-class tobacco rate increases by 3.94 percentage points,the low-grade to⁃bacco rate decreases by 0.87 percentage points,the average price of tobacco leaves increases by 0.72 yuan/kg,and the output value per 667 m^(2) increases by 100.80 yuan.The use of rainy and-sunlight roasting process for roasting rainy and low-sunlight tobacco leaves significantly increases the yellow tobacco rate after roasting,significantly reduces the proportion of roasted leaves,significantly im⁃proves the quality of tobacco leaves,and significantly increases the economic benefits,truly achiev⁃ing the goal of improving quality and increasing efficiency,and helping farmers increase their in⁃come.
