基于形状文法的明式靠背椅创新设计研究

摘　　要：针对当前明式座椅类产品面临的迭代创新乏力等核心挑战,提出明式靠背椅创新设计方案,设计出具有传统韵味又符合现代消费者需求的明式靠背椅。文章阐述了明式椅类家具的美学价值、意境营造以及功能实用性3个基本特征,并运用层次分析法对这些特征进行量化分析。通过对明式靠背椅及明式攒斗工艺相关资料的收集、筛选与提炼,构建其核心形状特征基因库。引入形状文法作为形状推演工具,对基因库中的元素进行创造性重组与演化,生成了4个具有创新潜力的设计方案,并采用综合模糊评价法对4个方案进行比较分析,进而确定最具创意与实用价值的方案,并围绕该方案进行细化设计。研究结果表明,综合运用层次分析法与形状文法不仅能为明式靠背椅设计产生大量设计素材,提供设计灵感,输出多种创新设计方案,同时能保证设计方案的科学合理,有效促进明式靠背椅设计的创新迭代。In response to the core challenges faced by current Ming-style seating products,such as the lack of iterative innovation,this paper proposes an innovative design scheme for Ming-style backrest chairs that combines traditional charm with the needs of modern consumers.The article elaborates on the three basic characteristics of Ming-style chair furniture:aesthetic value,artistic conception creation,and functional practicality,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)for quantitative analysis of these features.By collecting,filtering,and refining relevant information on Ming-style backrest chairs and Ming-style“Zan Dou”(an intricate joinery technique),a core shape feature gene pool is constructed.Shape grammar is introduced as a shape derivation tool to creatively recombine and evolve elements in the gene pool,resulting in four design proposals with innovative potential.A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to compare and analyze these four proposals,thereby determining the most creative and practical design.Detailed design is then carried out around this selected proposal.The research results indicate that the comprehensive application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and shape grammar not only generates a wealth of design materials and inspiration for the design of Ming-style backrest chairs but also ensures the scientific rationality of the design solutions,effectively promoting the innovative iteration of Ming-style backrest chair design.
