FUdR、复方丹参联合苦参碱类治疗晚期原发性肝癌

摘　　要：目的　探讨晚期原发性肝癌的治疗方法。方法　应用FUdR、复方丹参联合苦参碱类药物治疗原发性肝癌患者 3 3例 ,观察疗效与生存期及毒性反应。结果　客观缓解率 18.2 % ,中位生存期 5 .3个月 ,KPS评分明显改善 42 .4% ,仅 4例患者出现轻度毒性反应。结论　FUdR、复方丹参联合苦参碱类药物方案是晚期原发性肝癌的较好治疗方法 ,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic approach in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancinoma.Methods A total of 33 patients with advanced primary liver carcinoma was treated with FUdR? compound Dan Shen root and para sophorcarpidine drug,and the therapeutic effects,survival duration and toxic reaction were observed.Results Objective remission rate was 18.2%.Median survival duration was 5.3 months.KPS score of prominent improvement was 42.4% and only 4 patients had mild toxic response.Conclusion The regimen of FUdR?compound Dan Shen root and para sophorcarpidine drug is a better approach in the treatment of advanced primary liver carcinoma.It is well worthy of being recommended.
