粘虫外源脑提取物对其雌成虫生长发育的影响

摘　　要：粘虫脑提取物中含有调控咽侧体和卵母细胞生长发育的神经肽类物质。通过观察经粘虫幼虫脑和成虫脑提取物处理后的粘虫雌成虫咽侧体和卵母细胞的变化 ,确定可能存在的神经肽类物质的性质。实验数据表明 。Neuropeptide-like material regulating the growth and development of corpora allata (CA) and oocyte was found in the brain extract of armyworm Mythinma separata. This article reported that by measuring the changes of the CA volume and the oocyte length treated with armyworm brain extract, characteristic of neuropeptide-like material could be decided. Different effects could by found on the growth and development of CA and oocyte, when the extracts from larvae or adults were applied at different doses.
