摘  要:目的 探讨白细胞介素 8(IL 8)与非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)血管形成及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 5 8例NSCLC手术切除标本中IL 8表达及肿瘤内微血管密度 (iMVD)。结果  33例 (5 6 . 8% )IL 8呈阳性表达 ,iMVD为 18 2 0 1(M =5 7) /× 40 0 ;IL 8评分为高级的肺癌组织iMVD高于IL 8为阴性和低级的肺癌组织 (P <0 0 5 ) ,iMVD与IL 8表达呈正相关 (rs=0 . 5 9,P <0 0 1)。结论 IL 8表达与肿瘤内iMVD明显相关 ,同时与非小细胞肺癌的临床分期关系密切。? Objective To explore the expression of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and its relation with angiogenesis and tumor progression in human non-small cell lung cancer.Method The expression of IL-8 and the intratumoral microvessel density (iMVD) in 58 cases of human non-small cell lung cancerwere examined by means of immunohistochemical method. Result The positive staining for IL-8 was obtained in 33 of the 58 cases (56.8%),and iMVD varied between 18~201(M=57)/×400. The iMVD in high-grade IL-8 tumors was significantly higher than in IL-8-negative andlow-grade IL-8 tumors., and iMVD was positively correlated with IL-8 expression (r s=0.59, P<0.01). Conclusion These results suggestted that IL-8 expression is significantly associated with iMVD and clinical staging of ono-small cell lung cancer. 〔
