摘　　要：本调研报告是在“成都市市民道德状况”问卷的基础上 ,通过严格的数据统计、整理、分析过程而最终形成的。它由参与调查活动的市民的基本情况、市民学习《公民道德建设实施纲要》的情况、市民道德建设现状、调查结论与对策建议等四个部分组成 ,较为完整地描述了成都市市民当前学习《纲要》的情况和现阶段的道德状况 。This survey is based on the quetionnaire of “The Moral Situation of Chengdu Civilians ” with calculation and analysis. It is made up of four parts: the situation of the civilians, the situation of study on the The Outline of Civilian Moral Construction, the moral situation of the construction, conclusion and suggestions. And it describes the situation of the study and construction. So it is good for the improvement for the civilian moral construction.
