恶性肿瘤及切缘组织CD_(71)表达率检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨恶性肿瘤和切缘组织CD71 表达率的临床意义。方法 采用FCM对179例癌组织、切缘组织和15例正常组织CD71 表达率和DNA分析。 结果 肿瘤组织、切缘组织和正常组织CD71 表达率分别为(53.04±23.82) %、(34.03±23.64) %和(11.16±7.27) % ,各组间比较p<0.001。在各肿瘤组中CD71表达率以乳房癌组为最高 ,与胃癌、大肠癌、食道癌组比较均存在显著差异(p分别为<0.01、<0.05、<0.05)。各切缘组织组CD71 表达率以肝癌组最高 ,但与其它组比较 ,这一差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。DNA分析有无异倍体之间CD71 表达率和S期细胞的比例 ,异倍体组均高于整倍体组(p<0.05和<0.001)。各类肿瘤 ,无论有无转移其CD71表达率均无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论 利用FCM检测CD71表达率可以定量、快速了解肿瘤的增殖情况 ,对肿瘤的诊断。Objective To determine the clinical significance of expression of CD71 in malignant tumor and nearby normal tissues. Methods detection of CD71 expression and DNA analysis were made on 179 specimens of malignant tumor ,nearby normal tissues and 15 normal tissues specimens by using of flow cytometry .The 15 normal specimens were employed as a control group. Results The expression rates of the CE71 of cancer tissues, nearby tissues and normal tissues were 53.04±23.82%,34.03±23.64% and 11.16±7.27%. This result showed a significant difference among the three groups (p<0.001). In different malignant tumor, the expression rates of CD71 was remarkably different .The breast cancer showed a higher expression rate than that of gastric cancer,colon cancer and esophageal cancer(p<0.05).DNA analysis showed that heteroploid tumor tissue and the 'S' stage cell of the aneuploidy tissues have a higher expression ratethan that of the diploidy tumor tissues(p<0.05 and p<0.001).There was no significant difference about CD71 expression rate between metastatic tumor and normal tissues(p>0.05).Conclusions Detection of expression rate of CD71 might be of significant diagnosis and prognosis values and were helpful to determine the proliferation activity of the tumor cells.
