摘　　要：目的　探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电汽化术 (TVBt)治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)的疗效。方法　对36例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行TVBt术 ,其中 4例合并前列腺增生症 (BPH)者同时行经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TVP)。结果　 36例浅表性膀胱肿瘤均一次性切除 ,平均手术时间TVBt为 35分钟 ,TVBt+TVP为 75分钟。 1例术中膀胱穿孔 ,全部病例无输血 ,术后平均留置尿管 5 0小时。 36例随访 2 - 2 4个月 ,复发 4例 (11.1% )。结论TVBt具有止血和电汽化效果可靠 。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic result of transurethral electrovapoorization of superficial bladder tumor(TVBt).Methods TVBt was performed in thirty-six patients with superficial bladder carcinoma,four of them transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate(TVP) was carried out simultaneously for concomitan BPH.Results The tumor was resected in one-stage for 36 pations.The mean operative time was 35 minutes in simple TVBt group,and 75 minutes in the group performing both TVBt and TVP.Intraoperative bladder perforation occurred in 1 case,No patient need blood transfusion for bleeding.The mean duration of an indwelling urethral catheter was 50h.All patients were followed up for two to twenty-four months,and the recurrence rate was 11.1% after operation.Conclusions TVBt is a effective and safe surgery for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.
