我国六城市日托幼儿园儿童的生长发育状况

摘　　要：为了解儿童的生长发育状况 ,于 1998年春在北京、上海、广州、成都、长沙和大连分别调查 1～ 2所中等水平的幼儿园 3～ 6岁健康儿童 12 5 4名 ,其中男孩 6 32名 ,女孩 6 2 2名 ,幼儿园通常提供早、中、晚餐。调查结果显示 ,在某些年龄组既有营养不良又有超重的儿童。所检查儿童的生长发育水平与 1992年全国营养调查的城市平均结果和 1995年九市学龄前儿童的平均结果没有显著差异。超重 (WHZ >2 )的发生率为5 2 % ,肥胖 (WHZ >3)的发生率为 4 2 %。贫血发生率为 8 7% ,其中女孩的贫血发生率高于男孩 ,男孩为7 2 % ,女孩为 10 1%。结果提示 ,我国学龄前儿童的体格发育还没有达到满意的程度 。In order to evaluate the growth and development of the toddler aged years old children attending day-care, the preschool children were selected in one or two kindergartens from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Changsha and Dalian cites in 1998-1999.All the children who regularly attended the kindergartens, who were in the age range of 3-6 years and generally healthy, and who could eat three meals at school every weekday (5days/week), were considered eligible for enrollment in this study from the selected six Cities. Total of 1254 children finished the study, including 632 boys and 622 girls.The present study showed that there was certain proportion of both malnourished and overweight preschool children in some age groups. The growth and development of children were not significantly different from the average results of children 3-6 years in the urban of nine cities of China (1995) and the National data (1992). The prevalence of overweight in children from six cites was 4.2% (WHZ>2), and there were 1.7% (WHZ>3) of children who had obesity. Anemia incidence of girls was generally higher than that of boys. The average morbidity of anemia was 7.2% and 10.1% for boys and girls respectively, and with average of 8.7%.The present study indicates that the height and weight of preschool children have not achieved a “satisfactory” level, which is probably related to the deficiencies of some trace nutrients in the diets.
