摘  要:为探讨其抑制肝癌细胞增殖的分子机理 ,观察了 2 45 0MHz微波对人肝癌细胞p2 7蛋白表达的影响 ,。将转染p2 7基因的人肝癌细胞按微波辐照强度不同分为 (未照射组 )作为对照组和照射组 (3个剂量组10、2 0和 30mW cm2 组 )于微波屏蔽室内照射 1h后 ,用四唑盐比色试验 (MTT)检测微波对肝癌细胞的抑制作用 ;同时用Weaternblot方法检测肝癌细胞中p2 7蛋白的表达。发现微波辐照 1h对肝癌细胞有明显的抑制作用 ;且可以上调肝癌细胞中p2 7蛋白的表达。以上结果提示微波可能通过上调p2 7蛋白的表达 。In order to study the mechanisms proliferation of microwave radiation on hepatocellular carcinoma cell, the expression of p27 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma cell was observed. Methods: A hepatocellular carcinoma cell strain which can express p27 protein stably were designated control(non\|irradiation) group,10mW/cm 2 group,20 mW/cm 2 group and 30 mW/cm 2 group. There groups were taken after rediated for 1 hour in shielded room by 2450MHz(continuous wave) microwave physiotherapy machine.The cell proliferative effect were examined by MTT. RT\|PCR were used to detect the expression levels of p27 protein in heptaocellular carcinoma cell. Results The results of MTT test revealed that microwave radiation could inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular cell line. Microwave radiation can upregulate expression of p27 protein. Conclutions These results indicated that the inhibitory effect of microwave radiation on the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell was caused by up-regulating the expression of p27 protein.
