摘  要:本文研究了计算震陷值和震害指数增量之间的关系,指出计算震陷值可以很好反映地基失效情况,但在预测房层的震害时还需考虑基础类型、建筑物特点和地震烈度等因素的影响。文中给出了液化地区房层震害预测的方法,并就如何考虑液化土层对房屋震害的影响对现行抗震规范提出了修改意见。After the relationship between computative settlement and increment of earthquake damage index has been studied,the conclutions are obtained that the computative settlement can refect the conditions of foundation failure very well and can be used in the earthquake damage evaluation of buildings with taking account of the influence of the type of foundation, the features of buildings and the earthquake intensity. The methods of earthquake damage evaluation of buildings in liquefied areas and the ideas of modifying some items in aseis-mic code about how to consider the effects of liquefied soil layers on the damage of buildings are also presented in this paper.
