摘　　要：介绍了国内外ETC系统的发展现状。结合吉林省的实际情况,设计了吉林省ETC结构框架图,并对自动车辆识别技术、车道监控系统、收费站的设计及网络设计等关键技术做了研究,实现了ETC系统由理论研究向实际应用的转化。The recent development of ETC in China and abroad was introduced,and combined with the local condition of Jilin province,the frame sketch diagram of Jilin ETC was given.Meanwhile,great researches were done on the key techniques of automatic vehicle identification,lane supervision,toll station and network design,thus making ETC from theory into practical application.
