摘　　要：只有从我国高校的校情出发,按照高校后勤社会化的发展规律,在保证学校各项事业正常开展的前提下,才能经济有效地调用有限的人力、物力、资金等资源,搞好校园、校舍建筑设施的维护、修缮工作。Based on the analysis of the practical importance of logistic service management for universities and colleges, the authors hold that it is only by following the rules of socialized logistic service management with academic activities of colleges secured with priority before the available resource can be efficiently utilized in the maintenance of the campus facilities.
