摘　　要：HP295热轧钢板是机动车用液化石油气(LPG)钢瓶的主要材料之一。根据LPG汽车用钢瓶的结构特点,研究了HP295热轧钢板的力学性能和冷成型性能等综合性能。试验结果表明:通过对钢中硅酸盐夹杂、复合氧化物夹杂和硫化物夹杂进行有效地控制,改善了钢板的冷弯性能,HP295热轧钢板的成型性能满足使用要求。HP295 hot rolled plate is one of the major materials used for the Liquid Petrol Gas(LPG) steel cylinder of automobiles. The combined properties of HP295 hot rolled plate was studied based on the analysis of the structure of LPG cylinder used for automobile. Testing results suggested that: the cold drawability and formability of HP295 hot rolled plate are improved by the effective control of silicate inclusions, composite oxide and sulfide in steel.
