摘　　要：现代物流业的一个重要发展方向是发展第三方物流。不同类型企业建设物流中心的目地不同 ,难以用同样的布局模型表达。针对第三方物流企业 ,提出以物流中心自身能够取得的最大利益为目标的区域物流中心选址模型 ,并且考虑了物流中心固定运营成本和可变运营成本等成本因素。通过对模型分析、分解和过滤 ,结合实际情况 ,提出一种启发式算法对模型进行求解 ,并在实际应用中取得很好的效果。Because the purpose of different type corporations who build logistics center is different,it is difficult to find out a standard location model to meet with different corporation's request of logistics center location.In this paper,a model of regional logistics center location for third party logistics corporation is constructed,aiming at maximizing benefit of the logistics center by taking into account such factors as logistics center's fixed cost and variable cost. Based on the model of be analysis decomposition and percolation a kind of enlighten arithmetic which combines facts has been devised with practical application.
