摘　　要：目的 :探讨bcl 2在大鼠面神经损伤后的表达及神经切断后与神经凋亡样坏死的抑制作用。方法 :采用原位杂交方法观察bcl 2在面神经损伤后随时间延长的动态变化并用图像分析测定bcl 2mRNA的强度。结果 :面神经损伤后 1d ,面神经运动神经元的bcl 2强度开始下降 ,1周后开始恢复。 1月后恢复正常。结论 :bcl 2的表达与神经元的存活密切相关 。Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of bcl-2 and apoptosis like cell death after facial nerve injury. Methods: The facial nerve was cut at 0.5 cm outside stylomastoid foramen on one side in 28 Sprague Dawley rats. The nerve at the other side was used as the control. Nerve samples were obtained 1 d, 2 d, 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after injury. The expression of bcl-2 mRNA was observed by in situ hybridization and photographic analysis. Results: The gray level of bcl-2 mRNA in the nerve of injuried side at 6 h, on day 1, 2, 7, 14 and 30 was 150.2±12.3, 220.9±8.1, 213.7±8.3, 161.1±12.0, 141.4±9.1 and 116.0±10.6, that of the control side was 139.7±11.6, 150.4±6.9, 155.1±9.2, 149.4±13.1, 139.1±9.0 and 131.3±8.2, respectively. Conclusion: The change of bcl-2 mRNA may be closely related to neuron survival and may protect the neuron from injury.
