血清癌基因C-erbB2蛋白对恶性肿瘤诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨c-erbB2蛋白在诊断恶性肿瘤中的价值。方法:应用c-erbB2试剂盒,根据双抗夹心法原理,定量测定血清c-erbB2蛋白。结果:11种恶性肿瘤患者血清c-erbB2蛋白总阳性率为36.26%(207/571),敏感性依次为肝癌72.22%(26/36),胰腺癌47.83%(11/23),喉癌47.73%(21/44),结直肠癌39.34%(24/61),乳腺癌38..95%(37/95),卵巢癌32.65%(16/49),胶质瘤30.91%(17/55),肺癌31.11%(14/45),淋巴瘤28.13%(9/32),胃癌25.29%(22/87),食管癌22.73%(10/44)。结论:定量检测c-erbB2蛋白,对消化道肿瘤有较高诊断价值,对不同种类恶性肿瘤均有较高敏感性,可作为一种新的肿瘤标志物应用于临床诊断。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of oncogene c-erbB2protein in the diagno-sis of malignant tumors.Methods :c-erbB2serum EIA Kit Was used to quantitate the c-erbB2protein in the serum with the ELISA method.Results:The total positive rate of eleven types of malignant neoplasms was36.26%(207/571)and the positive rate of liver neoplasms was72.22%(26/36),followed by pancreatic neoplasms,47.83%(11/23),laryngeal neoplasms,47.73%(21/44),colorectal neoplasms,39.43%(24/61),breast cancer,38.95%(37/95),ovarian neoplasms,32.65%(16/49),glioma,30.91%(17/55),lung cancers,31.11%(14/25),lymphoma,28.13%(9/32),stomach neoplasms 25.29%(22/87)and esophageal neoplasms,22.73%(10/44).Conclusion:The study shows that c-erbB2protein has very high specificity and so it will have a good prospect of clinical application as a new marker in the diagnosis of neoplasms.
