摘  要:目的 研究电刺激小脑顶核对脑血管病疗效及对自由基的影响。方法 将 14 8例脑血管病患者随机分为电刺激小脑治疗组 (74例 )和常规治疗对照组 (74例 ) ,分别观察其疗效和治疗前、后临床神经病学评分、脑循环动力学参数、SPECT及超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量及总抗氧化能力 (% )改变。结果 治疗后患者神经病学评分、脑循环动力学参数、SPECT得到改善 ,血清SOD活性、NO含量及抗氧化能力显著升高 (t值依次为 7.3 5 1,6.73 4,5 .75 1,P值均 <0 .0 0 1) ,MDA含量明显降低 (t=8.2 14 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;与对照组相比 ,SOD活性、NO含量及抗氧化能力的升高及MDA含量降低也有显著差异 (t值分别为 3 .715 ,4.13 2 ,3 .92 3 ,5 .3 18,P值均 <0 .0 1)。结论 电刺激小脑治疗可有效改善脑血管病患者的临床症状和血液动力学指标 。Objective To explore the effect of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation (FNES) on the clinical manifestations and the level of free radicals in patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD). Methods One hundred and forty eight CVA patients were equally divided into two groups:the cerebellum electric stimulation treatment group, and the conventional treatment control group. After the treatment, the effects of cerebellum electric stimutation on the clinical neurological scores, the cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters(CVAI), the findings of brain SPECT, the levels of serum SOD, MDA, NO, and the total antioxidation action(%) were recorded, and a comparison of these data was made. Results The neurological score, CVAI and the manifestations on SPECT, the SOD activity were improved, the plasma level of NO and total antioxidation action were significantly higher than that before FNES ( t =7.351, t =6.734, t =5.751, P <0.001). Conclusion FNES may exert a cytoprotective effect on the patients with CVA, and as a result, it may reduce the damage of the brain tissuse.
