沙培林治疗36例恶性胸腔积液临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察沙培林治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法 :经B超定位并行胸穿抽取胸腔积液 ,2周内隔日 1次注入不同剂量的沙培林。结果 :36例患者有效率 91 7% ,中位缓解期 8 5个月 ,中位生存期 11个月。主要毒副反应为不同程度发热。结论Objective To observe the clinical effects of 36 patients with malignant pleural effusion tredted by Streptococcus A Group for Injection.Methods Directed by B type ultrasonic,the pleural effusion was drawn,then Streptococcus A Group for Injection was injected with different doses,qod×2 weeks.Results The effective rate was 91 7%,period of The median symptoms reduction was 8.5 months and the median life period was 11 months.The main side effect was fever.Conclusions There was a good effect in malignant pleural effusion treated by Streptococcus A Group for Injection.
