乙苯甲喹唑啉酮盐酸盐合成方法的改进

摘　　要：以邻乙酰氨基苯甲酸为原料 ,在POCl3作用下与 2乙基苯胺缩合得 3 (2乙基苯基 ) 2甲基 4(3H)喹唑啉酮盐酸盐 .其条件为 :以甲苯为溶剂 ,邻乙酰氨基苯甲酸与 2乙基苯胺摩尔比为 1∶1 ,反应时间3h,产物收率为 80 % .The condensation reaction between 2acetylaminobenzoic acid and 2ethylaniline was finished smoothly at the present of POCl 3,the 3(2ethylphenyl)2methyl4(3H)quinazolone hydrochloride was obtained.The optimum reaction condition was as follow:the suitable solvent was toluene,the molar ratio of 2acetylaminobenzoic acid and 2ethylaniline was 1∶1,reaction time was 3 h.The yield of target compound was 80%.
