摘　　要：蛋白质折叠技术是生物工程的新“单元操作”。本文阐述了蛋白质体外折叠研究的重要理论意义和应用价值 ,综述了目前蛋白质体外折叠技术研究进展 。Protein folding invitro is a new essential unit operation in biological processing engineering,. An overview of protein folding methodology is presented with emphasis on the recent progress. Problems in the fundamental study and methodology development are discussed. Prospects for protein folding invitro are highlighted.
