摘　　要：分析人力资本与经济发展的关系 ,指出在知识经济中人力资本的投入是经济增长最重要的因素 ,要根据党中央、国务院的部署 ,实施人才强国战略 ,坚持解放思想 ,实事求是的思想路线 ,弘扬与时俱进的精神 。The paper analyses the relationship between human capital and economic development. It shows that capital and economic development. It shows that human capital of knowledge economy is the most important factor in economic growth. We should carry out talants policy, open our thought and develop with each passing day according to the arrangement of central committee of the party and state council.
