盖诺联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察国产长春瑞宾 (盖诺 )联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLS)的临床疗效和毒副作用。 [方法 ]经病理组织学证实的 62例 NSCLC病人于第 1、8天静滴盖诺 2 5 mg/ m2 ,并在盖诺静滴前后 ,静脉输注地塞米松 5 mg;第 1～ 3天加用顺铂 40 mg/ m2 静滴 ,2 1天为一周期。 [结果 ]全组 CR 1例 ,PR 2 2例 ,NC 2 4例 ,PD 1 5例 ,总有效率达 37.1 % ;初治有效率达 44.7% ,复治达 1 3.3% ,二者有显著的统计学差异 (P<0 .0 5) ;毒副反应为白细胞减少和血小板减少。 [结论 ]盖诺联合顺铂治疗 NSCLC疗效高 。To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of navelbine and cisplatin on advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Sixty two patients with locally advanced (stageⅢa Ⅲb) or metastatic (stage Ⅳ) NSCLC were enrolled into the study. The patients received navelbine 25 mg/m 2 ,i.v.gtt, and before and after this dexasone 5 mg was add on day 1,8. Cisplatin 40mg/m 2 was administrated intravenously on day 1 3. A cycle was 21 days. An objective response was obtained in 37.1% of patients (1 complete and 22 partial responses). Significant difference existed between the initial treatment and retreatment patients ( P <0.05). The main toxicity was leucocytopenia.[CONCLUSION] The combination of Navelbine and cisplatin is an effective, well tolerated regimen in the treatment of advanced NSCLC
