直肠家族性腺瘤性息肉与癌组织中COX-2蛋白表达及意义

摘　　要：用流式细胞仪 (FCM)检测 19例直肠家族性腺瘤性息肉病 (FAP)及 3 9例直肠癌患者癌组织的环氧合酶 - 2 (COX- 2 )蛋白表达。结果发现 ,18(94.74% )例息肉组织 COX- 2蛋白阳性表达 ,3 9(10 0 % )例癌组织 COX- 2蛋白均阳性表达。提示 COX- 2蛋白表达检测在诊断监测。The cox 2 protein expression were examined by flow cytometry from 19 rectal familial adenomatous polyposis patients and 39 rectal cancer patients. The results showed that 18 polyposis tissues (94.74%) and 39(100%) rectal cancer tissues had cox 2 protein positive expression.It suggested that the detection of cox 2 protein expression would have important significance in the diagnosis, supervision and chemoprevention polyposis carceration course.
