碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合抗生素治疗角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合抗生素治疗角膜炎的疗效。方法 :81例随机分为用BFGF滴眼液组 3 4例 ,抗生素组 12例 ,BFGF联合抗生素组 3 5例 ,观察治疗时间和总有效率。结果 :在平均治愈天数上BFGF联合抗生素组为 11d ,与BFGF组 14 .5d(P <0 .0 5 ) ,抗生素组 2 1d(P <0 .0 1)比较差异均有显著意义。BFGF联合抗生素组总有效率为 86.5 % ,单用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子组 83 .5 % ,抗生素组 80 .4%。结论Objective To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF) combinded with antibiotics on keratitis.Methods:81 cases with keratitis were randomly divied into three groups 35 were treated by bFGF+antibiotics,34 were treated by bFGF,12 were treated by antibiotics treatment course and the total effcctive tate were observed.Results:Treatment course were compared,bFGF+antibitics was 11 days.bFGF was 14.5 days(P0.05),antibiotic was 21 days(P<0.01).The total offective rate of bFGF+antibiotics is valuablc and safe for keratitis.
