摘　　要：分析了可持续发展概念的形成和存在问题,从系统论的观点出发提出了可持续发展的科学定义,分析了可持续发展理论研究中涉及的可持续发展目标、可持续发展与科学技术、可持续发展与环境伦理以及可持续发展与公众参与等重要问题,指出了可持续发展理论研究的趋势.The theory of sustainable development was analyzed here.Scientific definition of sustainable development was put forward based on the system theory. Some problems of the theory of sustainable development were discussed, such as the goal of sustainable development,relations between sustainable development and scientific technology, environmental principle, people's participance, and so on. Its trends and scientific system of the theory of sustainable development were also pointed out.
