摘　　要：加入WTO ,以经济全球化为因 ,以教育国际化为果。而这一结果 ,必将导致各国的高等教育卷入激烈的国际化竞争之中。高校党的工作必须要主动应对形势变化 ,处理好知与行、虚与实、帅与将、内与外、创与守的关系 ,为学校的改革和发展事业创造良好的环境 。After China's entering WTO,economic integration will lead to education internationalization. The result will certainly bring about the fierce competition between colleges of different countries. Under the circumstances, it is essential that collegiate Party working groups activly deal with the changing situations and coordinate the development of the different branches of the Party work. With the above political and organizational basis, the reforms of college work can go on smoothly and successfully.
