摘　　要：Based on the traditional statistical evaluation,this article provides a new method to deal with the multi states of the indices in terms of fuzzy math.Furthermore, it proves that the net evaluation module is more accurate than the traditional layer evaluation module.Based on the traditional statistical evaluation,this article provides a new method to deal with the multi states of the indices in terms of fuzzy math.Furthermore, it proves that the net evaluation module is more accurate than the traditional layer evaluation module.
