摘 要:目的 评价^(18)F-FDG PET显像在判断胰腺占位性质和肿瘤术后随访中的作用。方法 检查33例胰腺疾病患者,以^(18)F-FDG显像。结果 23例胰腺占位性病变PET检查发现14例胰腺高代谢区(SUV 3.1~6.8),其中3例伴多发性肝转移,1例肝转移伴腹膜后淋巴结转移;2例CT诊断为胰腺癌合并肝转移经检查显示胰腺高代谢区,但肝脏无阳性表现;1例左肺中部稍高代谢区(SUV 1.31),诊断为良性结节,经随访证实。3例因发现其他部位转移寻找原发灶,PET见胰腺放射性浓聚影。5例胰腺癌术后PET发现1例肝脏、腹腔淋巴结转移。结论 ^(18)F-FDG PET显像对胰腺占位定性、鉴别诊断和术后随访具有重要的价值。Objective To evaluate the significance of 18F-FDG PET in assessing pancreatic occupying lesions and in following up postoperative pancreatic cancer. Methods 33 patients (26 male, 7 female; age 35-86 years) with pancreatic diseases underwent 18F-FDG PET for 35 times, including two who underwent 18F-FDG PET for 2 times. Results High metabolism lesions (SUV 3. 1 - 6. 8) were detected in 14 of 23 patients with pancreatic occupying lesions, including 3 with multiple liver metastases and one with retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis. No positive hepatic lesions were detected in two patients with pancreatic cancer as had been found by CT. In one patient who was diagnosed as having a benign node showed high metabolism (SUV 1. 31) on left middle lung, which was proved by follow-up. In three patients with metastases who were awaiting detection of primary lesions, PET found positive lesions in the pancreatic areas. Liver and abdominal cavity lymph node metastases were detected by PET in one of five patients who had undergone surgical operation. Conclusions 18F-FDG PET is of great value in diagnosis, location and postoperative follow-up of pancreatic occupying lesions.
