摘　　要：追求结构合理、突出相互协作、力求开放创新,构成现行学校组织的结构特征、人文特征和发展特征;面向未来,现行学校组织特征遇到挑战,学校组织网络化已现雏形,学校组织网络化促进学校组织以人为本,也促进学习型组织的充分实现。学校组织网络化、以人为本及学习型学校组织构成未来学校组织的新特征。The structural,personnel and developmental characteristics of the the existing school organization consist of reasonable structure,mutual cooperation and unbounded creation.While facing the future,these characteristics are confronted with challenges.A full computorized school network is taking shape. The realization of the school network will stimulate the school organization to establish itself on on a manfoundation as well as learningfoundation.School organization on a networkfoundation,manfoundation and learningfoundation constitutes the new characteristics of a school in the future.
