左旋咪唑涂布剂与氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨左旋咪唑涂布剂和氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　将入组病人随机分为A、B、C三组 ,A组给以氟哌啶醇 ,B组给以左旋咪唑涂布剂和氟哌啶醇 ,C组给以左旋咪唑涂布剂治疗。总疗程 1 2周 ,疗前和疗后分别抽血查T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 细胞数 (CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ )和红细胞免疫功能RBC C3b花环率 (RBC C3b)和RBC IC花环率(RBC IC)。结果　治疗后CD3+ 、CD4 + 增加值B组明显高于A、C两组 ,RBC C3b增加值B组明显高于C组 (P <0 .0 1 )。有、无阳性家庭史治疗前后CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 均有显著差异 ;阴、阳家族史间疗前比较CD4 + ,疗后CD3+ 、CD4 + 均有显著差异 ;疗前阴、阳家族史间RBC C3b差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗前后阳性家族史RBC C3b、阴性家族史RBC C3b、RBC IC均有显著差异。结论　左旋咪唑涂布剂和氟哌啶醇均可改善患者的细胞免疫功能 。Objective To investigate the effects of levamisole ointment and haloperidol on cellular immunity. Methods The patient that were elected randomly divided into three groups:A group,B group and C group.The group A was treated by haloperidol.The group B was treated by levamisole ointment and haloperidol.The group C was treated by levamilsole ointment.They were treated for 12 weeks. To determine the subgroup of T lymphocytes and the immune function of RBC (RBC C 3b,RBC IC)before treatment and after it. Results After treatment with the increase number of CD 3,CD 4 group B was better than group And group C .With the increase number of RBC C 3b group B was better than group C (P<0.01). With familial history and without it before treatment and after it the number of CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 all had significant difference. Before treatment with familial history and without it the number of CD 4 after treatment the number of CD 3,CD 4 were significant difference . Before treatment with familial history and without it the number of RBC C 3b was significant difference.Before and after treatment with familial history the number of RBC C 3b with without familial history the number of RBC C 3b,RBC IC were all significant difference.Conclusions Both levamisole ointment and haloperidol can improve the cellular immunity of schizophrenic patients.But that both concomitantly were used improved better significantly.
