胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ在人肝硬变中的免疫细胞化学定位

摘　　要：用兔抗胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-2)抗体,以双PAP法对30例人类肝硬变组织进行了免疫细胞化学染色。15例患者血清学检查有乙型肝炎病毒感染(HBV),14例(47％)肝硬变组织中HBsAg阳性,结合一起计算20例阳性,总阳性率为67％。IGF-2在肝细胞及胆管上皮均呈弱阳性;双核、多倍体细胞、小叶及结节周围的肝细胞易呈明显阳性,一种小而核深染的多角细胞常呈强阳性。这种细胞可在小叶内及小叶外周散在分布,它们与所谓卵圆细胞不同。Sections of 30 cases of human cirrhosis were stained by' rabbit antibody to insulin -like growth factor Ⅱ using PAP technique. 50% of the sera of the patients showed HBV infection and 47% of the liver tissues were HBsAg positive. The IGF-2 immunoreactive product was demonstrated in the cytoplasm of all liver and ductular cells. The polypoid and binucleated liver cells were labelled stronger. A kind of thin, polygonal liver cells with one or two round or oval and deeply stained nuclei frequently stained strongly positive. They might exist either irregularly in the lobule or the nodule differing from the so-called oval cell. Their exact nature are going to be deter mined.
