多项癌基因表达与食管癌患者术后生存的关系

摘　　要：目的 :研究 p5 3、PCNA、C- erb B- 2、nm2 3等多项癌基因表达与食管癌切除术后患者生存期的关系。方法 :按术后 2年内死亡 (对照组 )和长期生存 5年以上 (生存组 )分组 ,随机随访食管癌切除术后 6 3例患者的手术标本 ,用免疫组织化学技术进行多项癌基因检测。结果 :生存组和对照组中的癌基因 p5 3、PCNA、C- erb B- 2表达均较强烈 ,但与患者生存期长短无关。生存组的 nm2 3阳性表达率 87.1% (2 7/ 31)明显高于对照组 2 8.1% (9/ 32 ) ,两组比较 (P<0 .0 1)有统计学意义。结论 :nm2 3的强烈表达与食管癌患者生存期明显相关 ,说明机体对食管癌的转移和复发有较强的抑制作用 ,对食管癌手术后患者的预后有一定的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expressions of multiple oncogenes for p53,PCNA,C cerbB 2,nm23 and the survival times of patients with esophagectomy of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Those survived less than 2 years and those survived more than 5 years were divided into two groups by follow up 63 patients with esophagectomy.The specimens with esophagectomy were examinated by immunohistochemical method.Results:p53,PCNA,C erbB 2,were overexpressed in the control and the survival group.It was not correlated with survival time.nm23 overexpression of the survival showed positive in 87.1 %(27/31) more than 28.1 %(9/32) in the control ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Expression of nm23 were closely related with the survival time in patients with esopagectomy of esophageal carcinoma.nm23 are useful prognostic factor for patients of esophageal carcinoma in clinic.
