多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血CD_(38)^+细胞及细胞免疫功能变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)细胞免疫功能和 CD+ 38细胞的表达。方法 :采用免疫学方法检测了 2 5例 MM患者外周血 T-淋巴细胞亚群和 CD+ 38细胞的含量 ,同时检测了 18例正常献血员的细胞免疫功能和 CD+ 38细胞。结果 :MM患者 CD+ 3细胞、CD+ 4细胞、CD+ 4/ CD+ 8比值下降 ,CD+ 8细胞比值增高 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;MM患者外周血 CD+ 38细胞明显增多 ,并显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :MM患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,并表现为外周血中 CD+ 38细胞显著增高 。Objective:To explore the cellular immune function and the CD + 38 cells in peripheral blood of multiple myeloma (MM) patients.Methods:The peripheral blood level of CD + 38 cells and T cell subsets was measured by immunoassay in 25 MM patients,and cellular immune function was assayed in 18 normal adult.Results:CD + 3?CD + 4 cells and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio were decreased,CD + 8 cells retion were increased ( P <0.05).Circulating CD + 38 cells were significantly increase in MM patients than in the controls ( P <0.05).Conclusion:MM patients and cellular immune dysfunction,and CD + 38 cells were in creased significantly in their periperal blood which related to diagnose.
