摘　　要：为了摆脱衰退困境,企业必须重视战略创新。首先,企业应当识别衰退。而技术替代和需求的变化是衰退产业的主要成因;其次,要认识到以产业转型为核心的战略创新是衰退企业获取竞争优势的主要源泉。企业只有依靠战略创新才能克服衰退陷阱,进而获取衰退企业长远发展的竞争力;同时,应根据衰退企业的特点选择合理的战略创新模式。Importance should be attached to strategy innovation for an enterprise to regenerate from the difficult situation due to industrial decline. An enterprise should first recognize the features of the decline and the causes. Secondly, an enterprise should note that strategy innovation is the source of its competitive advantages in its transforming process. Thirdly, strategy innovation model should be chosen in accordance with the enterprise's situation.
