摘　　要：复兴西部本土美术 ,必然要基于人文精神的高扬。由人文精神发展程度所构成的文化生态 ,是制约和推动当代西部本土美术发展的决定因素。在西部大开发的今天 ,重振艺术界的人文精神 ,提高艺术教育的文化质量 ,建设良好的艺术文化生态环境 。The cultural ecology based on the developmental degree of humanistic spirit is a decisive factor for conditioning and promoting the development of China's western fine arts. At a time when the exploitation of China's west is under way today, revitalizing the humanistic spirit of the art circles and raising the cultural quality of artistic education so as to construct a favorite ecological environment for art and culture is a historic mission for China's western artists to fulfil.
