摘  要:以全球化时代为背景 ,探讨了教育基本理念的转换及其对高校教师进一步优化素质结构的必然要求 ,认为高校教师要发展以开放性和创新性思维素质、世界性和现代性人格素质和符合全球化时代潮流的教育理论素质为基本价值取向、并以学术更新能力、教育科研能力。The paper probes into the transformation of the basic educational idea and the essential quality structure of teachers in colleges and universities in the background of the globalization era and considers it is valuable for the teachers to develop open minded and creative thinking quality, global and modern personality and fine education theory quality conforming to the globalization trend. The paper points out that teachers should try to form the ability centered quality structure by improving their abilities through their academic research, the abilities in educational scientific research, the abilities in bilingual utilization and modern education technology.
