摘　　要：高等教育合并办学可以使各种人员的才能、知识和努力奋斗的价值得到充分的尊重和发挥 ,有限的各种教育资源得到合理的配置和充分利用。论述了自合并办学以来太原理工大学所取得的多元效应及需引起重视的负面效应。All kinds of people's ability,knowledge and hard working value can be fully respected and brought into full play by the way of amalgamatingly running a university for high education.In this way,all kinds of limited educational resources can be rationally districted and fully exploited,so as to meet the needs of the competition in the international powers,and fasten the speed of linking up high education development at home and abroad.
