摘　　要：文章介绍了DSPSM9966中的双通道DMA控制器的主要功能和电路结构,给出了主要电路的实现方法,并引入存储器模型,举例说明了对其进行逻辑仿真的基本方法。This paper introduces the main functions and module architecture of the two-channel DMA controller in DSP SM9966.Some key circuits are described .Then,an example is given to describe the basic flow for the logic simulation ,in which a memory module is created.The simulation tool is Verilog-XL of Cad ence.
