摘　　要：基于组织学习理论,阐述了"学习型联盟"的新型联盟形式.在比较虚拟企业和传统企业的联盟的基础上,提出虚拟企业是一种"学习型联盟"组织的观点.构建了虚拟企业学习的一般过程模型和系统分析其学习过程的各阶段支撑因素,并引用案例说明了本文提出理论框架的合理性.In view of the theories of organizational learning, this paper explains a new allied formation of 'learning alliances'. Based on comparing the differences between the alliances of virtual enterprises and traditional enterprises, this paper argues that virtual enterprises are organizations of learning alliances. Then we constructs the model in virtual enterprise learning processes and analyses systematically the factors in every phase. In addition, the paper cites an example to explain the rationality of the viewpoint.
