摘　　要：目的 :探讨大肠癌中人胎盘型谷胱甘肽S转移酶 (GSTπ)的表达及意义。方法 :应用SP免疫组织化学方法对 76例大肠癌和 30例正常大肠粘膜进行检测。结果 :GSTπ 在正常大肠粘膜阳性率为 1.3% ;在大肠癌阳性率为 6 8.4 % ;GSTπ 阳性表达与癌分化程度显著相关(P <0 .0 5 ) ;与性别和有无淋巴结转移无关。结论 :检测GSTπ 对大肠癌化疗方案制定有指导作用。Objective: To study the expression and significance of glatathione s-transferases (GSTπ) in colorectal cancer . Mefhods: 76 colorectal cancer and 30 normal colorectal mucosa were determined by sp immunohistochemical technique . Results: The positive expression of GST π in colorectal cancer was 68.4%, and that of the normal colorectal mucosa was 1. 3% . The expression of GST π has significant relationship with different degrees of cancer(P<0.05) and has nothing to do with sex and lymph node metastases.Conclusion : The determination of GST π may be useful for the treatment of colorectal carcinoma .
