口腔负压对紧张性头痛症的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨口腔负压对紧张性头痛患者的治疗效果及其微循环机制。方法 :紧张性头痛患者 2 0例 ,分为治疗组及对照组 (每组 10例 ) ,应用口腔负压进行治疗 (0 .0 5± 0 .0 1MPa) ,观察临床疗效及甲襞微循环变化。结果 :紧张性头痛患者经口腔负压治疗后 ,头痛症状不同程度的缓解和消失 ,总有效率达 90 % ,显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗前后甲襞微循环观察表明 ,负压使微循环障碍明显改善 ,由治疗前的中度异常恢复到大致正常 ,总积分值由 4 .18± 0 .6 8降低至 1.97± 0 .4 1(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :口腔负压对紧张性头痛患者具有明显的治疗效果 ,其机制可能与改善微循环及调整神经功能紊乱有关。Objective: To study the therapeutic function of oral negative pressure in patients with tension headache and its curative mechanism of microcirculation. Methods: 20 patients with tension headache were divided into two groups: the therapeutic group and control group (each group has 10 cases). The therapeutic group was treated by oral negative pressure (0.05±0.01 MPa), and the clinical effect and changes of nailfold microcirculation were observed and recorded carefully. Result After treatment, the symptoms of headache were relived or disappeared to varying degrees. The total curing rate was 90%, which was higher than that of control group evidently (P<0.01). Oral negative pressure improves nailfold microcirculation evidently, from the medium abnormality before treatment to basic normal after treatment, and the value of all parameters decreased obviously compared with control group after treatment according to the observation, the total score value reduced to 1.97±0.41 from 4.18±0.68(P<0.01). Conclusions: Oral negative pressure has a good curative effect on tension headache and its mechanism might relate to improvement of microcirculation and adjustment of vegetative nerve functional disturbance.
