摘  要:目的 探讨nm2 3 H1基因在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义 .方法 采用免疫组化 (S P法 )对 6 8例乳腺癌nm2 3 H1基因蛋白进行检测 ,并结合临床资料进行分析 .结果 乳腺癌腋淋巴结阳性与阴性组、远处转移与无远处转移组nm2 3 H1基因高表达分别为 5 6 .8%比 83.8% (P <0 .0 5 )和 4 1.2 %比78.4 % (P <0 .0 1) ,两组间均有显著差异 .nm2 3 H1基因表达与年龄、病理类型、临床分期、ER、PR表达无显著相关 .结论 nm2 3 H1基因表达与乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移和远处转移呈负相关 .AIM To study the expression and clinical significance of nm23 H 1 gene in breast cancer. METHODS In 68 breast cancer patients, nm23 H 1 protein was examined by means of immunohistochemistry (S P method) and clinical data were analyzed. RESULTS Expression of nm23 H 1 gene in breast cancer was inversely correlated with lymph node involvement and distant metastasis. The positive rates of nm23 H 1 gene expression in lymph node positive and in lymph node negative groups, in distant metastasis and no distant metastasis groups were 56.8% vs 83.8% ( P <0.05) and 41.2% vs 78.4% ( P <0.01) respectively. There was no significant relation between nm23 H 1 gene and age, pathologic types, clinical stages and expression of ER and PR. CONCLUSION The expression of nm23 H 1 is inversely correlated with lymph node and distant metastasis in breast cancer.
