摘 要:目的 观察肝纤维化大鼠血清脯肽酶 (PLD)变化及维生素E(VE)治疗对其影响。方法 将大鼠分组 ,用 40 %四氯化碳 (CCl4 )诱导其肝纤维化。预防组 (于注射CCl4 时 )和治疗组(于肝纤维化形成后 )分别给予 5 %VE乳剂 10 0mg/kg尾静脉注射 ,2次 /周 ,连续 8~ 10周。定期测定血清PLD ,ALT及AST活性 ,观察VE治疗后肝纤维化大鼠肝组织的病理改变情况。结果 肝纤维化大鼠血清PLD活性显著增高 ,VE预防组和治疗组大鼠血清PLD活性显著低于同期对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。治疗组大鼠肝纤维化组织沉积较对照组减少。结论 肝纤维化大鼠血清PLD持续增高 ,用VE治疗可降低其活性 。Objective It is to study the change of serum prolidase (PLD) in rats with hepatic fibrosis rats and the effect of vitamin E (VE) on those.Methods The model rats of hepatic fibrosis were induced with administration of CCl 4. Both VE preventing group and treatment group were treated with VE for eight to ten weeks. Activity of serum PLD, ALT and AST were periodically determined and histopathological examination was carried out before and after administration of VE. Results The activity of serum PLD of both group were increased remarkably, but that of both group were lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). There were much less collagenous fibers and reticular fibers of the liver tissue in the VE treatment group contrasted with that in the control group. Conclusion Liver fibers may bring on significant elevation of serum PLD. VE can markedly inhibit PLD activity and play a role in the attenuation of fibrosis.
