浙江民营科技型企业创新动力和创新障碍分析

摘　　要：本文对浙江各地的民营科技型企业进行问卷调查,在此基础上分析了民营科技型企业的创新动力和创新障碍,将创新动力分为科技推动、市场需求、市场竞争和政策激励四类,并归纳出对浙江省民营科技企业推动最大的创新动力;同时,分析了阻碍创新的因素,把创新障碍分为经济方面因素、能力方面因素和其他方面因素,并根据调查数据分析了影响浙江省民营科技企业创新的最大障碍。This paper is based on our questionnaire investigation on the private-owned S&T enterprises in Zhejiang.We analyze innovation motive force and drawback of private-owned S&T enterprises.We divide innovation motive force into four kinds including science&technology promotion,market demand,market competition and policy encouragement,and generalize the greatest innovation motive force of Zhejiang private-owned S&T enterprises.Then we explore the factors of innovation drawback,dividing them into economic capability and other factors.Finally we point out the biggest drawback that affects the innovation of S&T enterprises.
