摘 要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)在梗阻性黄疸 (OJ)兔肝细胞 (HC)损伤中的作用和血清生物化学变化的关系。方法 :制成OJ兔模型。分别于术后 3、7、14d测定血清NO、ET - 1水平及血清生化指标谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)、血总胆红素 (TBIL)、直接胆红素 (DBIL)。并对兔HC结构变化光镜下动态观察。结果 :OJ组血清NO、ET - 1含量明显高于正常对照 (NC)组 ;术后 7d达峰值 ,术后14d仍高于正常水平。且NO、ET - 1含量与血清生化指标呈正相关 ,与肝细胞损伤程度亦呈正相关。伴随NO升高肾排泄量增加。结论 :NO、ET - 1与OJ病理过程密切相关 ,NO、ET - 1参与了OJ时的HC损伤 ,且NO似呈现一种保护作用 ,ET -Objective:To study the effects of Nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1(ET-1)on the hepatic cell lesion and the change of serum biochemica index in rabbits with obstractive jaundice (OJ).Methods:Thirty two rabbits were randomly divided into obstrutive jaundice group (Oj,n=24)and normal control group (NC,n=8).The rabbits models of obstructive jaundice were established.The serum NO?ET-1 level and biochemical index including ALT?AST TBIL and DBIL were determined on the third?seventh and 14th day after operaiton respectirely.The change of HC structure were observed successively under optical microscope.Results:NO and ET-1 level in serum in OJ group was significantly higher than control group,reaching summit 7 days after operation and still higher than normal level after 14 days.NO and ET-1 was positively related to biochemical index in serum and to the degree of hepatic cells lesion.Kidney excretion with the increase of NO.Conclusion:NO and ET-1 was closely related to pathological process of OJ.NO and ET-1 participated in hepatic cells lesion in OJ,and NO might have protective effect in the process.The increase ET-1 played a role in systemic hemodynamic change.
