摘  要:本文在消化美国AB公司1391型交流伺服系统的基础上,自行设计了一套SYSF-1型正弦波电流驱动交流永磁同步电机伺服系统。本文首先对正弦波同步电机的动态、稳态特性进行了分析、推导,求得其实用转矩表达式。再通过永磁同步电机矢量控制理论,使电机电流的有功分量和无功分量分开,转矩可以方便地用电流控制。由于转子位置和转速能通过解算器解调,因而无增量式光电编码器的初始起动问题,通过对旋转变压器的特殊安装,结构变得紧湊,可靠性高,低速运行平稳,控制方便,响应特性良好,调速范围宽。Base on sutdying American AB Co.model 1391 AC servo system, a SYSF—1 sinusoid drive AC servo system with permanent sychronous motor was designed.The dynamic and stcady-state characteristies of sinuous permanent magnet sycbronous motor are analyzed and infered. The practical corque expression is found, then by means of vector control theory of PM SM, the torque part and magnetic part of machine current are divided, therefore, the electromagneth torque is conviently controlled by its current.The rotor position and rotor speed can be demodulated by the resolver, so there is no starting problem of ineremental encoder. Special installation for the resolver made system structure more compact.High reliability, stability in low speed, control convience. good respond rharacteristics and wide speed range are the feature of the system.
