摘 要:目的观察银杏注射液对奥沙利铂致外周神经毒性的预防作用。方法选取2013年6月至2014年6月入住内蒙古民族大学附属医院肿瘤科的62例胃肠肿瘤患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。两组患者均采用FOLFOX4方案进行化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合银杏注射液20 ml加入0.9%的氯化钠250 ml中静滴,1次/d,d1~d5。两组患者对症等处理方法相同,4个化疗周期后评价患者的外周神经炎的发生率及程度。结果观察组和对照组外周神经炎的发生率分别为51.6%(16/31)和87.1%(27/31),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏注射液能有效防治奥沙利铂致外周神经毒性发生率,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gingko Injection in preventing neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin in patients with gastrointestinal tract tumors. Methods Sixty-two patients of gastrointestinal tract tumors who were chosen in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities from June 2013 to June2014 were randomly divided into an observation group(31 cases) and a control group(31 cases). FOLFOX4 chemotherapy was used in both groups. The observation group received Gingko Injection 20 ml which was added into 0.9% sodium chloride infusion 250 ml, once per day, d1~d5. The symptomatic treatments of the two groups are the same. After 4 cycles of chemotherapy, peripheral sensory nerve toxicity was determined. Results The total incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group [52.0%(16/31) vs 87.1%(27/31), P<0.05)]. Conclusion Gingko Injection can effectively reduce the peripheral neurotoxicity rate induced by oxaliplatin and is worthy of clinical application.
