浅谈高校基建财务管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：基建财务管理是高校财务管理的重要组成部分,特别是当前高校基本建设的快速发展,给基本建设财务管理提出了新的要求。为了规范高校基本建设财务管理,提高投资效益,在深入了解高校基本建设财务管理现状的基础上,结合财务管理实际工作经验,分析了高校基本建设财务管理存在的问题,说明强化高校基本建设财务管理的必要性和迫切性,并针对存在的问题,提出切合实际的强化高校基本建设财务管理的途径和方法。Financial management of capital construction is an important part of college financial management,especially due to the rapid development of the current capital construction of colleges and universities,which puts forward new requirements to the?financial management of?capital construction.In order to standardize the financial management of capital construction and improve the investment benefits,it analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of capital construction based on looking into the current situation of it and combined with actual experience in financial management,which shows the neces-sity and urgency of strengthening the financial management of capital construction in college.According to the problems existing in the financial management of capital construction,this thesis puts forward practical methods and ways to strengthen the finan-cial management of capital construction in college.
